Originating founded in Cornwall, The Wave Project Scotland launched in Scotland in 2014, we’ve been proud supporters and active volunteers, championing the life-changing impact of surf therapy for young people.
The Wave Project uses the power of surfing to help young people reduce anxiety, build confidence, and develop resilience. Through their award-winning surf programmes, participants are supported in a safe, encouraging environment where they can reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the ocean.
Proven outcomes show that young people who take part feel calmer, more motivated, and more optimistic about their future. It’s inspiring work—and one we’re passionate about supporting—because it demonstrates how sport, nature, and community can come together to create lasting positive change.
Helping young people to reduce anxiety and improve confidence
We were please to be able help them out further and take some photography of the young people on their courses, and pleased that the photography is now being used for local and national campaigns.

Never give up and stay strong
