The Objective
To create a welcome brochure that does more than onboard new employees—one that clearly communicates who Tate & Lyle is today, what they stand for, and how their work impacts the products people use and enjoy around the world.

Working within Tate & Lyle’s strong, established brand identity, we developed a brochure that is clean, confident, and informative. Simple, purposeful visual ideas were used to bring complex concepts to life, drawing directly on Tate & Lyle’s sugar substitutes, sweeteners, and innovative technologies. By connecting these ingredients to familiar, everyday products or environments, the brochure helps new employees quickly understand the company’s role, relevance, and global impact.
