SJ Berwin was a member of the “Silver Circle” of leading UK law firms. It was a business law firm that thinks outside the Square Mile box. However it was suffering from an identity crises. Eurocentric, innovative and individualistic who excel at challenging orthodox and difficult problems, yet to an outsider it looked like an ordinary en even dull American law firm. No orthodox identity would do, instead an enigmatic puzzle logo that invites a second look.
